Two Houses for Rent - Upper house and Lower house



Stay in this unique award winning home in the historic Fort Russell neighborhood in Moscow, Idaho.  Built in 1915, upper house and 2011, lower house, “Andriëtte's” is a lovely home with hardwood floors, and newly renovated sunny kitchen. Guests share the public living spaces of the house; dining room, living room, bathrooms, and outdoor gardens with patios. Two blocks from downtown Moscow.

Beautiful Healing spaces and gathering places for group events: family reunions, retreats, receptions, weddings, graduations, & workshops.

Generally this is run as a VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) not a Bed and Breakfast. Full house rentals are given preference. Weekly and monthly rates are negotiable.

There are two houses to rent:

1. Upper house - $380/night or $440/night*
2. Lovely, Light, Lucious, Lower Level (L5) - $330/night or $375/night*

~3 bedrooms; All twin beds, or made into Kings
~sleeps 6
~2 baths, kitchen/living area
~Large garden patio off kitchen
~Full house - $330/night or $375/night*
~Rooms $110/night or $125/night*

Full house rentals include use of kitchen, living rooms, decks & patios & hot tub. No food is included but there's always coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate and many staples. 
 
Two night minimum stay on weekends 
~ Books ~ Second hand books for browsing and for sale- half off cover price ~Artist cards ~ $3.00

~ Bicycles ~ Use a bicycle to ride around town and discover the bike trails (2 new - $10.00/day, 2 old -free of charge, if you need more you can rent from Paradise Bicycles) If you are an avid biker, bring your own bike

*Full house rental cancellations must be made three months in advance to recover deposit

Andriette is a Dutch/Canadian librarian and shares her lifestyle with guests. She uses her bike for transportation, reads books rather than watching tv or spending time on electronic devices. The gardens are developed to be enjoyed for individual contemplation and group parties.
